Initial Disclosure Document (IDD)

The Financial Conduct Authority require us to provide you with a document called an 'Initial Disclosure Document'. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, how we are renumerated, who regulates us and what to do if you have a complaint.

What services do we provide?

Ready2Lease is a credit broker and not a lender.

We will provide you with a quote to finance your chosen vehicle and (if accepted for finance by the lender) a finance agreement on the lender's behalf for the chosen vehicle. Due to the nature of how some vehicles are sourced the vehicle you chose may need to be financed by a particular lender.

Ready2Lease will not provide independent financial advice and are not impartial.

In assessing your requirements we may seek information about your personal circumstances and objectives that may be relevant for us to help us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information.

Whose products do we use?

As an appointed representative of DreamLease Limited we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products and services such as vehicle maintenance.

Do we charge for our services?

We charge an administration/processing fee of £270.00 including VAT for our credit broking and vehicle sourcing services.

Commission Disclosure

DreamLease will receive payment from the lender should you decide to enter into an agreement with them. This payment may be variable or pre-set depending on the lender and/or the product, and will affect the amount payable by you under your finance agreement. We will disclose the commission we will receive from the lender before you proceed with your order and the finance agreement.

Who regulates us?

Please note that Ready2Lease acts as a credit intermediary and authorised representative of Dreamlease Ltd. Dreamlease Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under registration number 673761.

Other services we offer may not be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, however, the Financial Ombudsman Services has now been extended to handle some complaints under the Consumer Credit Act.
