Tonale

Probably more of a crossover than an SUV.  The Tonale is the smallest big car available from the Italian artists Alfa Romeo.  Launched in 2019 and named after an Italian mountain pass, the Tonale is available with a petrol or diesel engine.  The top spec level is the Veloce (Vel-o-chay)

Stelvio   

Alfa Romeo's range topping Stelvio, according to the Italian manufacturer is an Alfa first and an SUV second.  Most of the engineering is derived from the highly successful and popular Giulia, which can only be good news.  There is no electric engine available as of yet but perfect fifty-fifty weight distribution, Q4 AWD Driving and a variety of driving modes makes the Stelvio very much the premium Alfa Romeo SUV that its supposed to be. 

 

Junior

The Alfa Romeo Junior is a compact crossover SUV introduced in 2024 as the brand’s smallest and most accessible model. Originally unveiled under the name Milano, it was quickly renamed Junior following Italian regulations about the use of Italian-sounding names for vehicles built abroad. Produced in Tychy, Poland, the Junior is based on Stellantis’s STLA Small (formerly e-CMP2) platform, which it shares with models like the Jeep Avenger and Fiat 600.

The car is offered with both mild-hybrid and fully electric powertrains, with the electric version featuring a 54 kWh battery and delivering impressive performance—especially the top-spec Veloce model, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in around six seconds.

Design-wise, the Junior captures Alfa Romeo’s signature sporty flair, featuring the iconic scudetto grille, sleek “3+3” LED headlights, and clean lines with hidden rear door handles. Inside, it blends technology and style with dual 10.25-inch digital displays, supportive seats, and a suite of advanced driver-assistance systems. The Junior represents Alfa Romeo’s modern evolution—combining the brand’s racing-inspired passion and Italian design with the practicality and efficiency of a new generation of electrified vehicles.
