Under the bonnet they are pretty much the same, but the Estate is longer and has a bigger boot, so more suitable if you carry more cargo, a Dog, or just prefer a larger vehicle.
Leasing any type of Golf or other vehicle is a good choice if;
- You like to change your car every 2,3 or 4 years
- You don't want to own the car at the end
- You like to have a set monthly payment
Leasing is not suitable for you if;

- You want to keep the car for a very long time
- You want to modify the car (not including dealer accessories such as tow bars)
Golf Lease deals are available for personal or business users. Personal users will need a clean credit history, along with proof of affordability. Businesses will need at least 12 months trading history and one set of accounts filed with companies house. There may be room for younger business in exceptional circumstances that can prove affordability.
